Tom has over 7 years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams and driving strategic partnerships with technology and business leaders. He is highly skilled in consulting with line of business partners around hiring risk and compliance and dealing with potential employee or candidate relation issues. Thomas also has experience in developing key relationships with Human Resources and internal/external stakeholders to drive hiring, talent planning strategies, and other necessary support areas.

Tom is Senior Recruiter focusing on Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Trading, and Human Resource roles. He develops market research and sourcing strategies to attract and recruit candidates for various roles and identifies and engages with passive talent using a wide range of sourcing tools. Thomas also places a heavy emphasis on pipelining and on-going industry talent identification, in preparation for future growth.
Previously, Tom served as a Vice President of Recruiting at Blackstone and as a Director of Recruiting at Emigrant Bank. In these roles, he managed full lifecycle recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, supported functional roles, and partnered with hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies and implement sourcing initiatives to provide top tier candidates for open job requisitions. Thomas is also experienced in coordinating workforce and succession planning, ad-hoc feedback, employee retention initiatives, and performance recognition programs.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Scranton.
